I briefly worked on a book cover for Cornell University Press — a collaboration with Millie Chen. The book is called:
Chinese Walls in Time & Space / History, Medicine, Media, Law, Art, Literature
We worked (and reworked) the typography for the first concept (below) and I'm quite frustrated with it. It feels pretty stale — even with the classy digital type on top of the photograph. More iterations to come -- check back for updates. OH, and if you're wondering -- YES, those are little acrylic Helvetica letters I made with the fancy Laser in the Architecture Dept.
